Employing today's most advanced system, Neubauer Fabrication can handle the machining of virtually any material with greater accuracy and quality, at a lower cost. Our waterjet/abrasivejet cutting system is incredibly efficient. It cuts metallic and non-metallic materials without heat, producing exceptional edge quality and eliminating the need for secondary processing. With its path controlled by computer and its multi-axis capability, it cuts complex shapes and contours with extreme precision. And with 6' X 16' and 6' X 10' Cutting Tables, we can handle parts of practically any size.

- High capacity steel support structure overhead positioning allows for 360 degree operator access to the cutting area. - Heavy-duty, industrial grade machine designed to run multiple shifts. - Ingersoll-Rand 50 HP intensifier pumps. - No system homing yields higher throughput from reduced start-up and recovery time completely eliminating the potential for collisions during homing operation. - Handheld teach pendant for operating the system manually and teaching point data. - Interfaces with any CAD system for precision off line programming of part geometries.. - Precision ball screws allow for excellent consistent accuracy. - Positioning of accuracy of +/-.003 inches over the entire work envelope. - High speed traverse rate of up to 400 inches per minute. - Linear bearing rails for precision guidance. - Low maintenance lubrication intervals on bearing blocks. - All moving components (bearings, ball screws, motors) have greater than a 20,000-hour life. - Positive pressure on X, Y, and Z axes to eliminate contamination of linear ways and ball screws. - Exclusive laser mechanical error correction for consistent high accuracy performance. - Ridged construction allows the addition of a router spindle.
